Immediate loading
No cure time. On a shutdown or turnaround schedule, a foundation that carries load the day it goes in is often the whole reason to use helicals.
Verified capacity, not assumed
Installation torque is logged and correlated to capacity on every pile. You get the record, not a verbal assurance.
Removable at decommissioning
Helical piles come back out and the steel is reusable. On reclamation-sensitive sites that is a genuine cost and liability advantage over concrete.
Frost, muskeg and remote access
Installed year-round. Winter access is often easier than summer on soft ground.
